At RENVO, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, promotions, holidays, or exceptional circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, and customs procedures.
For most UK orders, estimated delivery is typically 5–12 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur because of carrier delays, weather conditions, customs checks, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Tracking updates can take a few days to appear after dispatch.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Please contact us immediately at support@renvo.online if you need to change your delivery details. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
RENVO is not responsible for delivery delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your estimated delivery period has passed and you have not received your order, please contact us at support@renvo.online with your order number. We will investigate the issue with the relevant carrier.
Customs and Import Charges
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
