Return and Refund Policy

At RENVO, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason.

To start a return, please contact us at support@renvo.online with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless:

  • The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival;
  • The incorrect item was sent; or
  • We have agreed otherwise in writing.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as RENVO cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that it has been sent back, whichever applies.

Where an order is cancelled within the statutory cancellation period, we will refund the item price and the cost of standard delivery. Additional delivery charges selected by the customer, such as express delivery, are not refundable.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or are not in their original condition;
  • Personalised or made-to-order items;
  • Gift cards;
  • Items returned without prior contact and return instructions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@renvo.online. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so that we can assist you promptly.
